Stocktake Listing
The Stocktake Listing is the main screen of the Stocktakes module on MEX.
The Stocktake Listing is accessed by Tapping the Stocktake option in Hamburger menu.
By default, the Stocktake Listing only displays active Stocktakes, these being the Stocktakes that have not yet been processed.
In the Stocktake Listing screen you can:
- Sort all Stocktakes.
- Access the Details of existing Stocktakes by tapping on them in the listing.
Re-Order the Stocktake listing
The Stocktake listing can be sorted be tapping the sort button and selecting one of the following options:
- Due Date – Asc
- Due Date – Desc
- Stocktake No – Asc
- Stocktake No – Desc
Stocktakes
Each stocktake is previewed in the listing with the following information:
- Stocktake Description
- Stocktake Number
- Due Date
- Percentage of Stocktake completed.
- Number of Items on the Stocktake
- Number of Items completed.
Tap a Stocktake record to open the Stocktakes details.
