Request Listing

The Request Listing is the main screen of the Requests module on the app.

The Request Listing is accessed in several ways by tapping:

• Your Requests in Your Dashboard
• Requests Needing Approval in Your Dashboard
• The Requests button on the bottom menu bar
• By Tapping the Requests button in Hamburger menu

Accessing Requests in MEX

All Requests entered into MEX are listed here. By default, Request Listing displays a list of the outstanding Requests that have been entered into MEX, this being the Requests that:

• Have not yet been Completed.
• Have not been Cancelled or Declined.
• If the Request is attached to a Work Order, and the Work Order is open (i.e. the Work Order has not been closed or cancelled).

Requests Listings

There are several sorting options available in the Request Listing, these are:

• My Requests
• Requests that Need Approval
• Status

A preview of each of your Requests is listed, accompanied by a description, who raised the Request, the picture attached to it and how many other requests are active for the Asset.

Simply tap on a request to open the Request Details.
