Request Details
Tapping on any Requests will open the Request’s Details.
The Requests details is divided into the following sections:
- Preview Header
- Request Description
- Raised Date time
- Who Raised the Request
- Status
- Preview Picture
- Actions Available on the Request
- Approve
- Create Work Order
- Decline
- Asset Number and Description
- Tapping the hyperlink will allow you to see the Asset Tree, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, and the Registration Number of the Asset. Click the X to close.
- Outstanding Work
- Here you can see all the Work Orders and Requests currently in the system for this Asset. Making it so much easier to process the Request. If there is already a Work Order to correct the issue, then we can simply add the Request to this job. So, let’s confirm this Request and add to this Work Order.
